Tennant Creek

Known as the Golden Heart of Australia, Tennant Creek is the NT’s fifth largest town and was once one of Australia’s most popular sites for gold mining. Tennant Creek has a rich Indigenous culture on display in the Nyinkka Nyunyu art museum and features beautiful geological landscapes in its surrounding areas.
